The glorious role of the Indian women amazed everyone as they displayed their potentiality in every sphere of the organization. I remember women of Europe in the mediaeval period that had to shoulder responsibility of the family when their husbands, at the call of religious leaders, left their residences to take part in the historical Crusade.<br>I hold great regard for the female angels and I have learned from my life that they have very strong nerve and higher level of self-confidence. It is not the fact that entrepreneurs always depend on inheritance for initial capital. Entrepreneurship will no more remain as ‘a White man’s world’ and I am sure that my women friends will force us to accept it one day.
